RODGERS SET TO BE LIVERPOOL

Brendan Rodgers to meet Liverpool owners for talks over the vacant managers job at Liverpool. He is now the odds on favourite to replace Kenny Dalglish as Liverpool manager. Rodgers currently manages Swansea who have had a great first season in the top flight. Roberto Martinez was the previous favourite for the job after he had talks with the Liverpool owners, but all broke down and noting ended up happing. Rodgers looks like replacing King Kenny

Delight for Kevin Nolan as West Ham are back in the big league West Ham have been promoted after beating Blackpool 2-1 Vaz-Te won the Game for West Ham with just 3 minutes left. West Ham have are back in England"s top league after beating Blackpool 2-1 in the championship play-off final. Carlton Cole had given West Ham a 1-0 lead at half time, from a great ball from Matt Taylor and Cole smashed home to make it 1-0 to West Ham 10 minutes before half time, this had came after Blackpool had a lot of chances to take the lead but never managed to the score at half time was 1-0 to West Ham. After the break Blackpool began the second half just how they started the first but West Ham had the first chance of the second half but they were unable to put it away, just 4 minutes later Blackpool were level when Tom Ince got through and tapped the ball away form Rob Green who was left with no chance 1-1 anyones game once again. BREAKING NEWS: LIVERPOOL SACK KENNY DALGLISH

Time up for King Kenny Liverpool have sacked manager Kenny Dalglish after a year and a half in charge of the club. His Final game as Liverpool manager was a 1-0 defeat at Swansea, during his time as manager he won the carling cup and reached the final of the FA Cup but they lost the final 2-1 to Chelsea Liverpool only managed 6 wins a home all season 9 draws and 4 defeats. The fans are not happy about it and said that he should of had a another year.

Manchester City are champions after scoring twice in stoppage time. Celebrations after Aguero scores the winner  It was a incredible final day of the season but City come out on top to win  the title it was nervous times for the fans and players when going into stoppage time City were 2-1 down but goals from Dzeko and a great goal from Sergio Ageuro with just 45 seconds left. City went in at half time 1-0 up after Zabalata put them in front from his shot Paddy Kenny made a howler, but City could add to their lead which would of given them some breathing space. Just 3 minutes after Half time QPR were level when Cisse took advantage of Joleon Lescott's awful mistake to allow Rangers back into the game.
