Manchester City are champions after scoring twice in stoppage time.

It was a incredible final day of the season but City come out on top to win  the title it was nervous times for the fans and players when going into stoppage time City were 2-1 down but goals from Dzeko and a great goal from Sergio Ageuro with just 45 seconds left.

City went in at half time 1-0 up after Zabalata put them in front from his shot Paddy Kenny made a howler, but City could add to their lead which would of given them some breathing space.

Just 3 minutes after Half time QPR were level when Cisse took advantage of Joleon Lescott's awful mistake to allow Rangers back into the game.


The Game then took a big twist in City's favour when Barton was sent off after retaliating to a scramble with Carlos Tevez before he left the field he Kneed Samir Nasri in the back and then head butted Nigel De Jong before being forced off the field by the QPR back room staff.


City then took some of the pressure off and were made to play when the ball came in from the far touchline and headed home by Jamie Mackie Rangers had  a 2-1 lead.


City threw the Kitchen sink and Rangers but could not find a way through but in stoppage time with the tittle slipping through their fingers the levelled from a corner which Edin Dzeko got his head on 2-2 with 3 minutes left, and then the most incredible moment of the season when Serigo Aguero Fired home past Paddy Kenny to win the game and the tittle for City and the roof of the Etihad stadium was lifted City were crowned Champions of England for the first time in 44 Years.
