Here we go again

Here we go again the Football season is back and it hit back with a bang and with some shock results on the first day of the season 2 of the Premier leagues new boys Reading and West Ham and Reading were in action yesterday with West Ham getting a 1-0 win and Reading a 1-1 Draw with Stoke. Arsenal began life without Robin Van Persie with a 0-0 draw at home to Sunderland, QPR were hoping to start better than last season but they were unable to as they were smashed 5-0 and Loftus Road by Swansea for the first time under new manager Michael Laudrup. Norwich also had 5 put past them without reply by Fulham a horrid start for new manager Chris Hughton. Talking of Horrid starts Brendan Rodgers had one at the hands of West Brom also under new management by last seasons Liverpool number 2 Steve Clark, Brendan's team were beaten 3-0 by Clarke's West Brom. CHELSEA 2-3 MANCHESTER CITY

Alex Grace From Villa Park  Manchester City started the season the way to go on after coming from 1-0 down to win the community shield 3-2. It was a strong start from the pre-season favourites to retain the league City started well and had the first chance of the game and were the better side for most of the game apart from a 5 minute spell before half time. Just when we thought we were going into half time at 0-0, Fernando Torres popped up with a goal with 5 minutes of the half left when Ramires provided the ball which fell at Torres feet who controlled the ball with his right foot and lifted above the City keeper and in to the back of the net. Wilshere ruled out until October

It has been a horrid time as of late for Jack Wilshere, and now we have heard new news that he won't be able to play until October. Out till October!! The 20 year old England international missed the whole of last season with a ankle injury, then in May as he was about to make his comeback he injured his knee and he underwent minor surgery in May which ruled him out of Euro 2012 and London 2012. He hopes that he can take on light training in August and hoping to return to the first team action in October to help Arsenal's title challenge. He will also miss England's first two 2014 World Cup qualifiers against Ukraine and Moldova which take place in early September.

Rangers placed in 3rd Division by SFL

Rangers's Newco will start from the bottom in Scotland at the start of the season  after 25 of the 30 SFL clubs voted for them to start at the bottom. They will be visiting places like Annan, Peterhead and ~Berwick Rangers. Rangers stay at Ibrox 2 Weeks ago Rangers were unable to join the SPL as they didn't get enough votes to join Scotland's top league, the club asked to join the SFL 25 of the 30 clubs said that it would only be fair for them to start at the very bottom. The Rangers manager Ally McCoist said that 'starting from the bottom is not ideal but we will work our way back'. Rangers will now start their season away at Peterhead.

Nigel Adkins Early Favourite To Get Sacked

The European Championships are now over meaning football fans worldwide have already started counting down the days to the dawn of the eagerly anticipated new Premier League season. There are now just over six weeks until the 2012/13 campaign kicks-off on Saturday 18th August and if we have even half of the drama, controversy and pure entertainment of the previous season then we are all in for an absolute treat. A staggering seven top flight clubs have made managerial changes since the end of last season, while four gaffers will be testing their credentials in the Premier League for the first time. Watford Confirm Dyche Sacking

Time up for Dyche The New Watford owners have confirmed that they have sacked manager Sean Dyche with a statement issued on the clubs official website. Sean Dyche who is only 41 and a good manager in the making was only in charge for 12 months he led Watford to a 11th place finish in the Championship last season after a poor start. The italian owners who already own Serie A side Udinese and Spanish club Granada, completed the takeover of Watford from Laurence Bassin on Friday. The ex West Ham manager Gianfranco Zola is now expected to replace Dyche. Mr Pozzo told Sources in Italy on Sunday that they had reached a verbal agreement with Zola who has been out of work since being sacked by West Ham 2010. The statement on the school website said "Watford football club confirms that it has terminated the contract of first team manager Sean Dyche, with Immediate effect.
