MANCHESTER UNITED have sacked Louis Van Gaal. This is the confirmation that we have been waiting for since the news first broke on Saturday evening after United and Van Gaal had won a record 12th F.A Cup. Van Gaal was appointed as David Moyes's successor in June 2014 and led United to a 4th placed finish in the Premier League last season. It looks to be the last job that Van Gaal will have in football before he retires, he had planned to retire at the end of next season at the end of his contract.
